Our mission is to work with entrepreneurial companies that have been in business for at least three years who would like a business partner who has a financial and operational lens to assist growing their business (“FUSION”) and becoming more profitable (“PROFIT”). We position ourselves between the bookkeeper and the tax accountant and work directly with the owners/senior leadership to define strategy. Through financial analysis and modeling, we make recommendations using key performance indicators to make operational improvements and realign resources for best and highest use.
